I use my bullet journal for every aspect of my business life: daily plans, to-do lists, sales, monthly goals, and editorial calendar, etc. It has been such an effective tool for growth - I need to make an effort to start incorporating it into my personal life as well. Not just my upcoming events, but areas I want to improve on.
So why not add a fitness tracker! I have lots of areas I'd like to improve in my health and fitness. My bullet journal works so well for me to set goals in my business life, why not let it work in my personal life as well?
Here are my 5 fitness goals I'm adding to my bullet journal
- Walk at least 5x per week
- Weight training 2x per week
- Drink more water
- Drink less alcohol
- Meditate 10 minutes every day
